I’m Nicole Farber, and I support women and parents who have experienced trauma—the ones who hold everything together for everyone else but are ready to finally tend to themselves. My clients have it within them to feel calm, grounded, and whole again—they just need the right support to get there.

I help my clients find clarity, balance, and self-trust by equipping them with the tools they need to heal deeply and move through life with greater ease and confidence.

Many of today’s approaches to trauma and stress recovery can feel surface-level or one-size-fits-all, leaving people feeling stuck in their heads or like they’re not making real progress. I know that your experiences are unique, so every step we take is tailored to you—guided by your pace, your story, and your nervous system’s readiness for change.

First, we create a foundation of safety and awareness, helping you understand how your past experiences are showing up in your present life. Then, we use EMDR and IFS to gently process and integrate what’s been too heavy to carry alone, so you can feel more at home in your body and in your relationships. Through our work together, you’ll begin to trust your inner wisdom, release old patterns, and feel more like yourself again.

My style

I am dedicated to helping people reclaim peace, confidence, and freedom in their lives.

My extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), along with years of experience supporting trauma survivors, parents, and highly sensitive individuals, means I have the expertise you deserve when it comes to healing the deeper layers of your story.

But I also know that you want more than credentials—you want to know you’re working with someone who gets what it means to be the strong one, who’s experienced the silent struggle and the immense weight. I understand the exhaustion of always holding it together, the guilt that comes with setting boundaries, and the deep desire for a life that feels calmer, more connected, and more joyful.
