It’s time to go deeper
EMDR Consultation for Therapists in CA and online
EMDR consultation can help you feel more grounded in the process.
EMDR can be powerful, but it can also bring up a lot of questions once you begin using it with real clients.
You may be wondering where to start, how to pace the work, what to do when a client feels blocked, or how to stay aligned with the protocol while still responding to the complexity in front of you.
Consultation can be a place to slow down, think more clearly about your cases, and feel more confident in how you’re using EMDR therapy.
I offer EMDR consultation for clinicians who are currently completing EMDR Basic Training, have recently completed Basic Training, or are working toward EMDRIA Certification.
Consultation can be especially helpful if you are:
Navigating cases that feel complex, stuck, or hard to move forward
Wanting more confidence with EMDR case conceptualization and target planning
Learning how to integrate EMDR with trauma-informed, attachment-aware, and parts-informed care
Consultation is a place to step back from the session, follow the threads beneath the surface, and deepen your trust in your own clinical knowing.
How EMDR Consultation works
As an EMDRIA Certified Therapist™ and EMDRIA Approved Consultant in Training™, I offer a warm, collaborative, and practical consultation space for clinicians using EMDR therapy.
My approach is thoughtful and grounded. I often draw from parts work and attachment-focused perspectives, and I enjoy helping clinicians make sense of what is happening in sessions in a way that feels clear and usable.
I also bring experience offering EMDR intensives, which shapes how I think about pacing, choosing where to start, and helping sessions move forward while still staying attuned to the client.
In consultation, we may look at case conceptualization, readiness, target sequencing, stuck points, protective parts, blocking beliefs, or how to stay steady when the work feels unclear. My goal is to help you build both your EMDR skills and your clinical judgment.
Consultation is available individually and in small groups.
